2 cups Hungry Jack ® Complete Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix (just add water)

1 1/3 cups of water

12 strips of cooked bacon, cut in half

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

GREASE frying pan or large frying pan with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat (375°F). Whisk pancake mix and water in a large bowl until smooth. Let it rest for 3 minutes.

PUT the dough into the liquid measuring cup. Pour the batter into a 4-inch oval, a little longer and wider than the slice of bacon. Press the slice of bacon into the center.

COOK until edges are dry, about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Turn; cook for 1 more minute or until golden. Repeat to make the remaining sticks. Serve with syrup
